Julie: Balancing
My son Davis is five years old.
He is a chef, a self-proclaimed chef, so he really likes to cook, and we like to cook and bake together.
That’s the way we try to raise him; he’s involved in every single thing that we do. There’s not much that my husband and I do or, you know – he’s involved in everything.
Chad is an attorney with his father; they have a partnership law firm.
If he just worked with a regular law firm it wouldn’t be probably as demanding. But because he’s also got the business ownership part of it, he’s very busy.
Probably the most demanding is having enough time and enough energy to give my full, 100 percent to everything that I’m doing.
I constantly have things to do…a mother, a nanny, a housekeeper, an agent, a wife.
Well, I do like the flexibility.
We can have dinner as a family…talk about our days…spend some couple time together, and then…I can… you know, work.
Just trying to keep a good balance in my life is really what I strive to do, to be able to – not even be great at everything, but just accomplish everything that I need to on a daily basis.
